Mobile Dimension Saw features a highly accurate and portable sawmill by which you can saw the log with the mill travelling through the log without the movement of the log. Our portable sawmill comes with three circular blades, two horizontal and one vertical. The vertical blade is responsible for saw the width while the two horizontal blades are responsible for saw the depth and length simultaneously. Our mill assures the minimum slabs and edging during the whole saw process.

Trailer comes with 30ft track, 8' R + P, 5' endstands and is ready to cut 26ft, 54" diameter log! Dual Winches and log ramps for easy loading.
Ground setups can be as long or short, wide or tall as you need! Anything from a 16-56ft log. Even load and cut multiple logs together for extra efficiency.
It can be extended up to 60ft and provide the dimensional accuracy of +/- 1/32° over entire length of cut. 30ft of track can cut up to a 25' log.

1-Year Warranty on Faulty Parts and Workmanship
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If any parts fail due to manufacturing defects within this period, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no cost.
2-Year Warranty on Motor
The motor is covered for a period of two years from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. If the motor fails due to a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

What I like best is that I don't have to ask anyone else to help me. I can be set up and running in 30 minutes and handle it all by myself.
I've seen other portables, and there's no comparison. They've got a design there that can't be beat. We're well pleased with the saw or we wouldn't have bought the second one.

...Another beauty is the accuracy that the mill will cut. Whenever you set those dials, that's where it will cut. And if you start with one inch at the head of the saw, it's still one inch when you get to the other end.
I just love cutting the big logs - when they get to be 4 or 5 feet (1.28 or 1.60 m) across. ...Once you get started, you can get some real production out of it. Our highest production was 6,000 feet (13.33 m) in one day. That was cutting big lumber - 4 X 12's (101.6 X 304.8 mm).
